MISSION AND VISION

  • Promote the work of Search, location and identification of the Disappeared in Tamaulipas, accompanying the victim families with comprehensive care and demand for access to justice, truth and reparation.

  • Have a Tamaulipas free from the Disappearance of persons and where the Human Rights of the victims are respected and guaranteed, with a conscious and involved society and strong institutions that do not allow impunity for serious violations of the rights of liberty and life .
